Shipping to areas with temperatures over 88 degrees, we will do our best to deliver live but there will not be a guarantee unless Express mail (over night) delivery is used. Some areas may take two days..
Shipping methods offered by A Crickets 1
- Overnight (Extreme Weather) Express Mail (remote areas) may take two days
- Standard 2-3 day (most west coast) 3-7 day all others by UPS
- UPS
- All orders will be shipped priority mail. We must reserve the right to ship as needed due to weather.
- You must order heat packs when the temperature is below 45 degrees F.
Shipping is by UPS Shipping Delays - At A Crickets 1 we strive to make sure that your order leaves our facility in a timely manner. If for some reason your shipment does not arrive, please email info@acricket1.com or visit USPS for tracking information.
Shipping 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) Midwest and East coast will ship Monday-Wed.

Extreme Weather - A Crickets 1 will use all neccessary means to insure that your shipment arrives in good condition. In the event of a loss A Crickets 1 will reship your order free of product charge.
